My approach to kids and family photography is natural light and room to roam. I have done sessions in family kitchens, bathrooms, backyards, urban alleyways and local parks. I got to meet, hang out and play with a close knit group of sisters. Three of them, to be exact. The oldest sister’s best school subject was math.
The middle sister loved science.
Littlest sister’s favorite topic was all things Disney.
There was a bit of daredevilry on the playground.
Little sister had a chin boo-boo, which just added to her jaunty flair.
They were altogether a lovely, lively and playful bunch.
This is a simply wonderful and adorable family I have had the pleasure of photographing more than once. This is the story of my very first visit with them.
Turns out, a lot! I spent a happy and fun filled morning with these AMAZING kiddos. Take a look as our morning unfolded and we zig-zagged our way to tubby time.
One of my favorite things about photography? So many fun families! Mom loved the idea of documenting one of her children’s favorite activities…the bubble bath. These two sillies absolutely made my day. The light in their cozy bungalow? Absolutely to die for.
I love all the wack-a-doodle things that happen along the way….like big sister wanting to show off the puppet she made by herself:
Sister was also ALL about the goggles, and when you’re this cute, fashion is whatever you say it is!
We all know fun is fun, but mom has a job to do.
After bath snuggles are the best.
I just love that confident look little brother has, of “all is well in my world”.
